He will wipe away all tears from their eyes
There will be no more death
And no more sorrow or sadness or pain
-Revelations 21:4
The loss of a loved one ... is perhaps one of the most difficult experiences of our lives. At such a time, we need all the love and support that our family, our friends and our Church can give.
At St. Christopher we share with you our faith which although we are experiencing sorrow invites us to know the hope of Jesus' Resurrection.
Often, once a death has occurred the place to start is to contact a funeral home and the funeral home staff can give you guidance. Let them know that your loved one was Catholic.
Funerals are for the living as well as for the deceased. Please contact our parish priest who will assist you in arranging for a Funeral Mass or other memorial service for your loved one.
Please call the Parish Office at (520) 469-7835. You do not need to wait until death is near to celebrate the Sacrament of the Sick.
The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick gives strength and support and can be administered to anyone struggling with an illness.
