Dale Allan Seal was born in Nampa, Idaho to Erma (Yoder) Seal & Glendon Seal (deceased). He is survived by his wife Kathryn (DeFoor) Seal, son Scott Seal, Daughter Regina (Seal) Mar, grandson Ezra Mar and granddaughter Vera Mar; his loving sister Debbie (Seal) Whitmore and brother Darwin Seal.

Dale moved to Tucson after his dad Glendon Seal was discharged from the Air Force.  He graduated Rincon High School. He worked for his father's electrical business before starting his own electrical business (Seal Electric). But his love of metalwork and blacksmithing pulled him in a different direction.
He lovingly created gateworks and stair railings for most of the historic homes in the Tucson Area. 

Dale had a special eye for photography and he would often go to car shows and take pictures of cars at the show. His hobby was also working on cars. He had several projects going all at once. He would race around town as a teenager in the newest t-bucket he made and in later years he drove his babies to doctors appointments in a 41 Chevy. He toured Arizona in his middle age years in a 57 Chevy.

In his later years he would relish getting the extended families together at Thanksgiving and Christmas just to be together and reminisce about the loving moments God had provided for him. He missed those that had already passed but thoroughly enjoyed his grandchildren.
