RCIA -Rite for the Christian Initiation of Adults

Fr. Jojo, the Pastor, leads the RCIA program, originally designed for the unbaptized seeking to become Catholic but due to the relatively small size of the parish, it's open to baptized Christians willing to convert to Catholicism and to Catholics who haven't yet completed the Sacraments of Initiation. Meetings are normally scheduled on weekdays but will depend on the schedule of participants. You must be at least 18 years of age to be part of this process which starts on September 26, Wednesday, 6pm-7pm, parish hall, until Easter Vigil. The entire process along with the activities will be posted here.

Christian discipleship is a lifetime commitment. Although the program formally ends on Easter Vigil, Life in Christ (personal holiness) through the institutional church (mediator of divine graces) moves to a higher degree. A suggested minimal donation of $35 will be graciously welcomed to defray the cost of the program as well as to encourage strong commitment.

On the first meeting on September 26, each participant will be asked to fill out the RCIA Adult Inquirer Form

Becoming Catholic starts with the person's spiritual journey. The individual story is the raw material in the process. In the course of the program, you will be taught to prayerfully examine your life daily (meditation) to be aware how the hand of God works in you.
